- Items sold are available for delivery with below details:
(a) Delivery will be arranged from 09:00 am – 8:00pm, exclude Sunday & Public Holidays.
(b) A message will be sent before delivery (mobile no. only). A call should be received before delivery to double confirm delivery time.
(c) Delivery charge
- Residential address: HKD 130 applies if order amount is below HKD 500 (per order)
- Commercial / Industrial address: Free of charge

(d) Extra charge is required for stair carry or without lift at HK$30/floor/carton, up to 8 floors
(e) Delivery service only covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Delivery service is not applicable to Macau and Hong Kong Outlying islands (i.e. Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau and other outlying Islands), and restricted areas.
(f) If items have not been successfully delivered to the delivery address as indicated in the order details, a re-delivery will be charged at HKD 200.
(g) If you need to reschedule the delivery service, please email to info@thewhiskycircle.net or call our Customer Service Hotline at 2976-1333 during the office hour 2 days in advance. Otherwise an administration fee for HK$200 will be charged.
- All items are available while stock last.
- The person receiving the goods at the delivery address must be 18 years of age or above and should be deemed your authorized representative and that any instruction / information provided and act done by you.
